I’m not super into social media these days for many reasons, the main one being that I find when I take breaks my quality of life is sooo much better, it’s striking. Less stress, more time. More space in my head and heart available for my family and friends and life.
Social media has us all duped into thinking that was have to have our eye on the entire world all the time. I just don’t see that as being sustainable for the nervous system. I advocate unplugging and restoring some sanity to your life. It feels great!
What can you expect from the newsletter?
Well, I’m the sort who is always thinking, and I tend to hyperfocus on things for a time before I move to the next. You can expect an in-depth exploration of topics ranging from shamanism, alternative medicines, witchcraft and magic, folk medicines, herbalism, energy medicines, life-hacking, spirit work and our inherent abilities to heal.
